I’m a psychodynamic therapist with over 15 years of experience, working with adults, young adults, and families in various settings. For the past 8 years, I’ve also trained future counsellors on a BACP-accredited programme.
My journey into therapy began through personal experience at a young age. It was life-changing and shaped my values and direction. I’ve always felt this work is my calling, and I continue to believe deeply in the healing power of the therapeutic process. It can be not easy, but it offers real potential for growth and transformation.
A background of cross-cultural experiences, multiple identities, and a personal history of loss, war, and displacement shapes my practice. This instils in me a strong respect for differences and a commitment to inclusive, responsive therapy. I work sensitively with themes of attachment, identity, belonging, and navigating cultural complexity.
I’m a member of Pink Therapy and work affirmatively with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples and their parents, offering a safe, validating space to explore gender, sexuality, and relationships.
Above all, I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, respectful, and open—where your story can be explored with care and curiosity, and where real, lasting change is possible.
Motherhood, while often idealised, can be isolating, especially for those who carry the pain of complex maternal relationships or the fresh wound of loss. In a therapy group designed for mothers, participants find resonance in each other’s stories. This shared experience fosters a deep sense of belonging, helping mothers feel seen, heard, and validated in ways rarely available in everyday life.
We have over 15 years of clinical and group experience supporting women at every stage of motherhood.
We offer a confidential, non-judgemental environment where women can openly share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear or pressure.
Many mothers struggle with the lasting effects of their upbringing, whether it involves emotional neglect, enmeshment, abuse, control or inconsistency.
Group therapy provides a space to explore these “mother wounds” without shame. As members witness each other’s vulnerabilities, a reparative process begins.
Participants can challenge internalised beliefs, break generational cycles, and learn to mother themselves and their children in a way they have always wanted.
If you’re curious about joining a group, have questions about Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), or want to explore whether this space is right for you, I’d love to hear from you. Reaching out can be the first step toward feeling more connected, supported, and understood.
Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, or the complex layers of motherhood, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate space where your story matters.
