It is a powerful tool for mothers holding emotional or physical strain, whether related to parenting, grief, past trauma or the daily demands of life.

TRE involves a series of guided movements designed to trigger the body’s natural reflex to tremor. This shaking or vibrating is a normal and instinctive way the body discharges stress and resets the nervous system. Unlike traditional talk therapy, TRE works directly through the body. There is no need to speak about painful memories, making it especially valuable for those who may struggle to express emotions with words or who feel overwhelmed by talking therapies.

TRE sessions are held separately from our therapy groups and are led by trained facilitators in a calm and supportive environment. Sessions may be one-to-one or in small groups, and they are always paced according to your comfort. You remain in control throughout. You can stop or adjust the process at any time, and no previous experience is needed.

These meditations provide a gentle approach to exploring grief, self-compassion, and emotional healing. Some of our groups focus purely on talk therapy, creating space for open conversation and shared support. Others combine talk therapy with inner child healing through guided meditation, helping mothers connect with earlier emotional experiences and nurture their inner world.
